Role:

You will become part of Kunde & Co’s international account team and together with the rest of the team be responsible for primarily international B2B clients. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for delivery across the full marketing value chain. The job covers a diverse set of tasks, including:

• New business activities: Networking, cold calls and other ways to attract clients
• Analysis and insights: Brand tracking; analysis of markets, customers and competitors; brand research and digital performance analysis
• Brand strategy: Brand positioning strategy; brand system definition and implementation
• Marketing strategy: Marketing system optimization; channel evaluation and marketing plans
• Value propositions and concept development: Product development and launches; campaign concepts and corporate concepts
• Content and element development: Campaign flows, information architecture and experience design, creative briefings and liaising with specialists
• Account management and sales: Client service, participation in briefings, New-Bizz presentations and upselling

Responsibility

You will work closely with both the creative team and project managers, with the chance to take responsibility for larger integrated communication projects. You will also be the key intermediary for a diverse group of in-house specialists working with media, social business, design, copywriting, analysis and digital production.

The role includes financial responsibility for your own projects and clients, and a willingness to be judged by results. Furthermore, you will report directly to partners, and as you grow into the role you will quickly get employee responsibility.

Expect approximately 20 travel days a year.

What we expect from you:

You have 5+ years of experience from/within:

• the client-side within strategic marketing, customer insight or communications, and you want to apply yourself in a more challenging and fast-paced environment
• consulting and problem-solving, and you want to go “beyond the PowerPoint” to work with more tangible solutions that see the light of day
• an agency, and you want to develop your strategic toolbox and work with truly integrated solutions across all channels and the full marketing value chain
• you are a native German speaker with excellent English knowledge
• ideally also including sales activities
